Hurricane Sandy 10/29/12

New York City already experiencing flooding as hurricane Sandy heads for the Northern East Coast this afternoon. Thousands of people have been advised to leave their homes. The storm has already taken the lives of 60 people. Napier news correspondant Louisa Andersen reports.
