The future of Grangemouth Petrochemical Plant took an upward turn today as union leaders confirmed they are in talks with chemical giants, Ineos to ensure the survival of the site.
All 800 employees of the Grangemouth facility were told on Wednesday they would be left jobless after Ineos announced plant’s impending closure.
However, their may be hope yet, as recent developments suggest both parties are hopeful of a more positive resolution.
